Location: Manchester

Reporting to: Partnerships Assurance Manager

Salary: £18,000 -£22,000 (depending on experience)

Hours: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week)

This is a great opportunity for an adaptable and enthusiastic Relationship Manager to join a highly successful and growing business. Reporting to the Partnerships Assurance Manager, working alongside other team members, you will be responsible for contacting and nurturing both new and existing customers – both online and offline across Our Clients business platforms.

With our help they are looking for a self-motivated, effective communicator with a sales/customer service background to join their vibrant team.

Role Purpose

This role involves managing a portfolio of restaurants by re-engaging with existing partners and ensuring that restaurants are supported by the best possible offer. Lead generation and pipeline management will also be key to this role. You will reach out to the owners and decision makers of prospective restaurants to inform and opt them into a specific campaign or new product that they will run within their restaurant. The role requires someone to have the ability to communicate effectively, manage their work load and report back to the senior members of the partnership team.

Other responsibilities include;

  • Carry out outbound telephone calls with existing restaurant partners; educating them on the history of our Clients group and information on the campaign itself
  • Being responsible for achieving & reporting on set sales targets- you will be both proactive & reactive in your approach to reach out to our partnered restaurants.
  • Arrange call backs and formulate emails to liaise with the correct decision makers.
  • You will work closely with prospective & existing partners, by understanding their needs, will develop, support & grow business.
  • Advise partners of future developments & introductions of new products
  • Data entry and admin tasks when required.

· Ensure compliance at all times with company information and security policies in line with the ISO 27001 standards and GDPR standard BS10012.

Key skills and abilities;

  • Proven sales experience or industry knowledge
  • Track record of over-achieving targets
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques
  • Computer use competency.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive, self-motivated and driven
  • Adaptable – there will be a number of campaigns to work on based on business need and so you will need to be able to pick things up quite easily and be able to react positively to change
