What our client is looking for:

Commercially minded talent, who can manage multiple projects from brief to finalised specification and delivery.

Individuals that have a drive to see projects through, with strong project management skills. Highly organised and process driven, who can organise themselves and others to deliver a project on time, to the highest standard and on budget.

They don’t see problems, only a challenge – and work to find ways to make things happen.

Working with our clients contract manufacturing partners they have strong communication skills, are a pleasure to do business with, work with precision and pace and, most importantly – deliver.

Our client is looking to recruit an ambitious candidate who has experience working as a project manager, has project management qualifications and/or has proven experience in managing projects – with a minimum 12 months project management experience.

You will be able to demonstrate the development of clear and agreed scope of work for each project including clear sign-off and gating process to ensure an aligned delivery with all key stakeholder partners and with Customers.

Whilst proactively communicating project status and problem-solve; with the proactive management of risks, issues, actions and dependencies and able to leverage leadership teams to unblock and resolve in a timely manner.

More important than direct experience, you should be:

  • Passionate about delivery – on time and on budget with a roll your sleeves up attitude
  • Excellent at managing multiple projects – Adaptable, flexible, overcomes hurdles, offers solutions
  • Have proven communication and influencing skills – confident to pick up the phone and get results (internally and externally)
  • A desire to build relationships in person, on the phone – with manufacturers, suppliers and service providers.
  • A commercially minded ‘Self starter’ who can hit the ground running with an eye for detail
  • International experience or experience with international customers or market registrations would be a bonus
  • Ideally familiar and with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and EBay
  • Quick to learn, IT savvy, open to take on responsibility and new challenges
