Our Client is committed to delivering high-quality connectivity and services to their businesses and schools. Following the expansion of their Commercial teams, we are now assisting them in their search for an experienced Marketing Manager to head up their Marketing department, could this be you?
Must have previous experience within a similar role/level, skilled within team management, strategic level decision making, project management and experience across direct and indirect channels. Previous experience within B2B and Public sector/Education. Ideally hold CIM or relevant experience.
Here’s what you would be doing;
In this highly strategic role, you’ll be responsible for a small marketing team reporting directly to the Head of Commercial.
You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of the company’s marketing strategy. You will also be ensuring the digital and Off-Line content strategies and activity are effective and contribute to the company’s ambitious growth targets. The areas that would sit under your remit include:
Video & Photography
Campaigns & Projects
Event & Conference planning
Creation of monthly board reports
Here’s what they would like from you:
You’ll need to have a good technical understanding of both digital (website/social) and traditional marketing, and also have experience managing creative campaigns. Being familiar with Adobe CS, WordPress & Pardot would be advantageous.
This is a hands-on roll, not just a management role, whilst the team has dedicated Pardot, Content and SEO roles, you will be very much involved in the day-to-day delivery.
Aside from the above you’ll also lead on marketing activity and be master brand guardian. You’ll also have good stakeholder management experience (internal and external), as well as the ability to juggle and prioritise workloads, whilst being able to influence and inspire
To be considered you must be able to demonstrate that you’ve had a similar level of responsibility as the role described above (team management, strategic level decision making, project management and experience across both direct and indirect channels).
You’ll also need to have worked in a role where your marketing activity has specifically been targeting B2B and Public Sector/Education.
