    It creates everlasting connections between brands and consumers.  They provide brands with the tools to give consumers genuinely rewarding acquisition, engagement, and loyalty schemes.  Currently they offer a dine in service across the gourmet society, as well as a newly launched restaurant delivery and collection service.

     

    Their brand and people are at the heart of what they do and they want to create a culture that ensures high talent density through talent attraction and retention. The Head of Culture will be central to this and responsible for the creation and execution of the strategic culture roadmap and for delivering this into their dynamic and growing business.

    The right applicant will have:

    • Experienced within development of people plan, vision, values and culture including people branding and culture programmes.
    • Strong leadership skill – A minimum of 5 years’ experience in leading teams.
    • Measurable results in developing cultural and branding, driving growth through a focus on people retaining and building talent acquisition, creating infrastructure & scalable people processes.
    • Exceptional communication skills, and emotional intelligence with the ability to handle complex, social dynamics among ambitious employees.
    • A true interest, passion, and proven experience of landing projects across the entire People spectrum.
    • Experience of driving strategic Talent, OD and Engagement initiatives, which show clear ROI
    • Experience of working in a Technology / SaaS Digital business

    Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, your responsibilities will include.

    • Design, develop and implement business wide culture strategies that drive towards delivering on the overall strategy yet are tailored and impactful for different areas and audiences across the business.
    • Take a systemic view of culture change beyond the core ‘people’ systems ensuring we embedded across all levers, including operating models, organisational design, governance and decision-making, strategic planning, affordable cost base and change & communications frameworks.
    • Influence, educate and manage key stakeholders including the Board and Senior Leadership team across the business.
    • Work with the Head of HR to develop and lead the Diversity and Inclusion strategy for the business.
    • Develop strategies and initiatives that drive people engagement and high performance ensuring that leaders understand the motivational drivers in their teams.
    • Collaborate across the business to drive an internal communication plan which reflects a modern, consistent, and engaging approach to embedding the values and culture.
    • To ensure that evolving strategies, ideas, and initiatives, on both a small and large scale, are in line with the company’s overall culture and values and achieve business goals through strong brand identity.
    • Create a place where our people are enabled to do their very best work and where they are empowered and trusted to deliver and succeed.
    • Ensure that we are renowned as an excellent employer and a great place to work where employee engagement does not need to be measured through surveys as it shows on our people’s faces and through their dedication and commitment to getting the job done and achieving for themselves and the business.
    • Openly collaborate with the Head of HR to ensure that we are benefiting from synergies that can be achieved through joint strategic working and creates consistent and clear messaging and delivery of HR Business processes.
    • To drive cultural excellence by partnering with our senior leadership team implementing cultural changes and overcoming challenges both strategically and operationally together.
    • Mentor employees on company’s values and principles, working closely with the senior management to help scale and preserve the company’s entrepreneurial culture.
    • Work with the wider HR function to develop proposals and measures to improve employee engagement and the employee experience.
    • Ensure compliance at all times with company information and security policies in line with the ISO 27001 and BS20012 standards
