Are you looking for a new role in a fast-paced dynamic environment? Working closely with Our Client, we are looking for an Affiliate Executive who is ready to take the next step in their career or Manager who can identify and acquire strategic B2C partners to help scale the affiliate channel and drive growth.
You will be working across all 3 brands with a focus on both customer acquisition and lead generation activity.
Job Title: Affiliate Partnerships Manager
Reporting to: Consumer Partnerships Manager
Salary: £32k – £35k + benefits package
As an integral part of growing new customer acquisition and loyalty you will be tasked with delivering performance against revenue, CPA and lifetime value targets. Here at Our Clients business they don’t work towards monthly budgets instead they optimise performance to agreed KPIs meaning that if you achieve or exceed these targets the greater they can scale activity.
Your key responsibilities will involve managing the affiliate programme which is predominantly ran through the Awin network. With the programme still in its infancy a key focus will be planning, identifying and reaching out to strategic affiliate partners where you think Our Clients Group’s proposition will resonate strongly. This will involve understanding their audience, getting under the skin of the business, uncover new opportunities and deliver the end-to-end campaign execution. You will be a brand ambassador promoting the value of The Group’s products to partners and its audience base. This will mean working closely with the wider marketing team to deliver an integrated approach to campaigns, as well as the B2B team to ensure alignment and to drive overall revenue.
Alongside this, they will also offer you the platform to develop your own skillset through a combination of learning and development initiatives combined with on-the-job training to help you reach your own goals.
