    Account Manager – Technology - Bradford

    £18000.00 - £24000.00

    About the Role:

    Due to recent developments and ongoing expansion, Our client are on the look-out for a Talented, Dedicated and Technically focused Account Manager.

    You will manage the delivery of the service to our clients, undertaking continuous reviews of business relationships with supporting accounts, set up technology solutions for clients, drive business and manage relationships. Delivering on targets through your hard work and initiative but in conjunction with a superb Project Management team.

Building on that foundation, our client has over time acquired promising software and hardware companies with different knowledge and competencies. This has allowed them to deconstruct supply chains and break down dependencies – so that they can supply a solution from start to finish.


    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with regular client contact
    • Successfully set and manage client expectations through face-to-face meetings, phone and email communication
    • Work with the client’s Management Team to understand their business strategy
    • Hold an in-depth understanding of each client’s software / hardware requirements, including order value, contract renewals and up-selling opportunities
    • Aiding the Sales Director in establishing strategic marketing plans; providing feedback and information to support market solutions
    • Making research in the assigned market place and developing new accounts and building up the distribution network, through various communication lines, such as, emails, telephone calls, exhibitions, or face-to-face visits
    • Completing the monthly/yearly sales target allocated in the assigned market
    • Keeping up with market trends, products, and service, being aware of current developments within the Telematics industry
    • Understand client’s buying process and business cycles.

    Our client is looking for someone who has previous experience within a Technical Account Management role, whom can demonstrate the following;

    • Proven successful Software Account Management background
    • Ability to drive new business activity
    • Relationship management skills
    • Good market awareness and ability to identify opportunities
    • Knowledge and relationships with key dealers
    • Previous experience working alongside Project Managers
    • Confidence with technology
    • Regulatory knowledge
